Tom Jelepis is Managing Director and Principal of Agency Professionals, LLC. (Ohio), and its affiliated Agency Professional companies, providing real estate and business brokerage services to its clients in Ohio and Florida.
Prior to his current role with Agency Professionals, Tom served in various capacities throughout his 30-year career in the real estate industry, holding leadership and ownership positions for firms such as Bass Ohio Real Estate, Ostendorf Morris – Colliers, and Coldwell Banker Commercial.
A former Councilman and Mayor of the City of Bay Village, Tom was Executive Director of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, and was an 11-year member of the State of Ohio Athletic Commission, first appointment by Governor Taft and reappointed by Governor Strickland. Tom served as the Board’s Chair for 4 years.
Tom also has served on numerous boards and commissions throughout his career, including United Way of Greater Cleveland, the Ohio Board of Realtors as a Director, the Akron Cleveland Area Board of Realtors as Vice Chair of Legislation, the Cuyahoga County Mayors and Managers Association, the Council of World Affairs, and as co-founder of “Friends From The Start”, a Foundation focused on providing support to individuals and their loved ones touched by cancer.
A Marine Corps Veteran, Tom is a real estate broker in Ohio and Florida, a Certified Business
Intermediary (CBI) with the IBBA, and a graduate of Leadership Cleveland, Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University.

Ellen Zerucha is Managing Director of Agency Professionals Business Brokerage, LLC (Ohio), and its affiliated Agency Professional companies, providing real estate and business brokerage services to its clients in Ohio and Florida.
Prior to her current role with Agency Professionals, Ellen served her clients as a licensed commercial real estate associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial, focusing on areas such as office, industrial, and retail leasing and acquisition/disposition.
Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Ellen was Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Strategy Development for Tremco Inc., an RPM Company. Ellen engaged with national and international architects, construction management firms, consultants, and engineers as it relates to building materials and the design and construction of watertight structures.
Ellen’s extensive experience in commercial construction includes broad industry association involvement, developing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with international sister companies to bring innovative building solutions to the NA market. Ellen also engaged in M&A prospecting, company evaluation, and integration into the Tremco organization.
Ellen earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Akron and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. She is a board member of Cleveland Central Catholic high school.
Michael Sarris is Vice President of Agency Professionals, Business Brokerage LLC, providing business brokerage services to its clients.
Prior to his current role with Agency Professionals, Michael spent over 28 years in business
development, project management, client relationship development, property management, strategic planning and talent acquisition for both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
For the past 10 years, Michael successfully served his clients as a wireless consultant providing real estate site acquisition services, site development and site management services that included site analysis and identification, lease negotiation, zoning analysis/fulfillment and total project management. His clients included major telecommunication carriers, tower companies, private investors, real estate investment trusts and municipalities, with projects that varied in size and complexity from single site to multi-state tower portfolios.
As a real estate investor, Michael has 20+ years of experience in acquisition, ownership,
property improvement and repositioning, disposition, property management, real estate
finance and lease negotiation for a successful portfolio of properties that have provided
consistent positive cash flow along with long term asset appreciation.
Michael lives in Cleveland and earned his B.S. in Finance from Miami University Oxford, OH.

Tiffany Kert is a Senior Sales Associate with our real estate brokerage business, focusing solely on the sale or lease of real estate.
Raised in Parma, Ohio, Tiffany began her business career serving in sales and management capacities in the private sector, leading teams with new market startups, and building market share in existing locations.
Tiffany, along with her husband, Darrin, took that experience to build a successful business advisory and business brokerage firm. Her work as a business broker is unrelated to any work performed for Agency Professionals. Her knowledge and professionalism positioned Tiffany as one of the most respected business brokers in the industry.

Tiffany is an active member of both the Ohio Business Broker’s Association (OBBA) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). She earned her BS/BA degree in Marketing from the University of Akron.

Raymond Kleem is a Real Estate Sales Associatel of Agency Professionals Real Estate, LLC (Ohio), and its affiliated Agency Professional companies, providing real estate and business brokerage services to its clients in Ohio and Florida.
Prior to his current role with Agency Professionals, Raymond served his clients as a licensed commercial real estate associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial, focusing on areas such as office, industrial, and retail leasing and acquisition/disposition.
Raymond was introduced to business entrepreneurship at an early age, and now oversees management aspects of a family portfolio including office buildings, apartments, and restaurants. This first-hand exposure and experience in all aspects of real estate acquisition and disposition has given Ray a keen ability to identify and analyze opportunities most beneficial for his clients.
Raymond earned his B.S. in Marketing and Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
John M. Urbancich, a former Sun Newspapers Executive Editor, President and CEO during a 35-year print career, has been a Principle/COO for Bass Ohio Consultants since 2012.
In the latter capacity, John has helped formulate business opportunities in government relations, marketing, and oil and gas-related projects for the company he co-founded with business partner and Bass Ohio CEO Tom Jelepis.
Before that at Sun, which under his stewardship became the largest group of paid community newspapers in North America, John developed close ties with hundreds of public officials and influential readers who not only recognized the significance of the chain's local reporting, but also its clout in terms of political endorsements.
John, a journalism graduate of Rutgers University, was the president of his Leadership Cleveland Class of 1993 and remains active in a number of organizations, including as a Trustee on the board of the Frances & Jane S. Lausche Foundation.
Alan Olson is a recognized expert in due diligence for business transactions. As part of corporate M&A teams, he has been the lead for products and Environmental, Health and Safety on a number of transactions ranging from $15 million to $1 billion in value.
He developed sets of robust checklists for the environmental, health and safety aspects of acquisitions and divestments, including pre-sale due diligence, Day One transfers and ability to operate, and ongoing integration and support.
As part of business valuation, Alan reviews Intellectual Property, and risks and corresponding mitigation strategies. Alan’s experience covers a broad range of industries and functions, including leadership positions at major corporations, trade and professional associations, and standards organizations. He has served as chairman of the State of Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio.
He currently serves on the city of Westlake, OH charter review commission. Alan holds a BS in chemical engineering from Tufts and an MBA from UCONN.
