Ellen Zerucha is Co-founder, Emeritus of Agency Professionals Business Brokerage LLC.   Agency Professionals provides buy and sell side business brokerage to low and middle market (<=$25M revenue) businesses. Ellen is also a licensed commercial real estate broker. 

 

Before forming Agency Professionals, Ellen was Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Strategy Development for Tremco Inc., an RPM Company.  Ellen engaged with national and international architects, construction management firms, consultants, and engineers as it relates to building materials and the design and construction of watertight structures.  In this role, Ellen prospected companies for possible acquisition or strategic partnerships.  She evaluated dozens of companies, meeting with business owners in North America, Germany, and Australia.   She played a key role in the acquisition of ~$60M combined businesses. 

 

Ellen earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Akron and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  She has completed executive training at the Army War College, Cornell University, Northwestern University, and the Center for Creative Leadership.

 

She is an Advisory Board member for Cleveland Central Catholic High School.  She is also, a NOBBA (Northeast Ohio Business Brokers Association) board member and Secretary.
